All the stores-outlets of the franchise chain have common internal and external characteristics that ensure uniformityand recognizability.
As a result, every new store has the singular characteristics, while maintaining its autonomy and peculiarity.
Every store provides most of the products, as well as the LeShop Decoration Proposal.
Every new franchise of the chain is an autonomous business that belongs to the franchisee, who is supported by LeShop through the Store Poperation Division.
As in any HEALTHY FRANCHISEING SYSTEM, in the LeShop Franchising System success depends on the collaboration between the franchisor and the franchisee, where the former is the main driving and guiding force, guaranteeing the network΄s success through its goodwill and expertise.
The franchisor is responsible for compliance with the LeShop system specifications, quality and reliability and undertakes to provide specific services and expertise to the franchisees.

Store Specifications
One of the key characteristics of the stores is uniformity.
Hence, has a specific store arrangement plan which is inextricably linked with the LeShop philosophy and is governed by certain specifications, according to the type of collaboration chosen by the candidate in its Collaboration Proposal:
Franchise LeShop (Major Urban Areas)
The prospective store should allow the full development and application of the concept. Hence:
i.Its area should range from 70 to 80 square meters.
ii.It should be located on a busy road, not necessarily at the high street.
iii.Parking area is desirable, but not compulsory.
iv.The shop – window should be as large as possible.
Franchise LeShop (Towns, Villages or Communities)
The area should not be less than 50 square meters.
The other characteristics are the same as above.
Shop In Shop – Corner LeShop
The store chosen to apply the philosophy should be Popular with the local market, have the size required to establish a corner and be manifestly recognizable.
Required area: depends on the total size of the store.
